Went in here to pick up my calzone on Wednesday Aug 3 around 4:15pm. Bad mistake. I asked if it came with a side of pizza sauce and I was promptly informed by the rude woman working that it did not and if I wanted one I would need to pay an extra $3.50!!!! I was in disbelief to say the least. I was in even more disbelief when she showed me the size! She then tells me she can give be another size for $2.50. I asked to see both and they were basically the exact same size!!!! So I was left paying $2.50, more than I paid for even my pop, for the tiny ramekin shown in the picture! And she was so rude to me. I called the Dartmouth location to see how much they charge and said 50 cents!!!!! Insane and by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a food establishment. Terrible terrible service and I feel robbed.
Been ordering here since the pandemic started. The quality of food has definitely started to decrease. Garlic finger's are way to greasy now and don't order anything with fries. They used to season and cook them well, now even the spicy are soggy and barely have salt. Very disappointed in the decrease in quality, used to love this place but don't think it's worth the money anymore.
This is by far some of the best tasting and most affordable food in the city. The burgers are fresh, the fries are crisp, the donairs are huge and among the best. My partner and I eat here multiple times a month.Food: 5/5
Rude staff...they behave as if they are doing the customer a favour by selling food to them. I had parked my car outside the Fairview store and was asked by the owner, "What makes you think you can park in front of my door?" How about the fact that it's a marked parking spot and I'm in your store picking up my order? I've been coming here regularly since over a year. Doesn't seem like that mattered. The owner also told kids who were being noisy but not a nuisance in his store that they had to leave in a raised and harsh voice. Owner seemed stressed, frustrated, and was trying to intimidate and bully customers. I do not understand why someone would treat their customers with such disrespect . I'm disappointed by this experience and will no longer purchase from here . Would not recommend such an arrogant business and owner to anyone, anymore.
The poutine was very dry, gravy is good but not enough of it. The fish was undercooked as well. Should atleast give 2 tartar packets per fish. One isn’t enough lol the best part about my panada pizza experience was the delivery driver. The extra star is for him.

Can't believe that this is a place where people go for food. Such a worst food and service. Staffs don't know how to treat the customers. I ordered a shawarma pizza & a cheese pizza. Both items were too soggy and cold. One pizza was too salty. When I called them to report the issue, the main chef was talking too rudely. I don't know how he became a chef. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Just garbage
Very bad experience from Panada Pizza. Worst food service ever experienced. Not recommended to anyone. The chef was too rude. The food i orded was so soggy and cold. Better to find a different Mediterranean cuisine. Terrible service
It's a true and honest sin that it took 24 years for me to learn that chicken caesar pizza exists. Bless u Panada.
