Rough place to work! Driving truck is a nightmare here! Their fleet is straight up garbage, they don’t fix anything and your schedule is constantly changing! Not to mention adding labor to a Driving Position for only 26 an hour!!!??!? Get real

I worked there. As temp I had to walk an extra 4 miles a day. All the way across the building. Then up the 14 stairs. To sign my name. Now down the 14 stairs. Did I mention there are 2 bridges 3 4 stairs both sides. Then you must go all the way back

Your hotdog buns are terrible. No quality control. The hotdog buns are deformed & the cut is either way off or totally straight thru the bun. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL???? No one is checking on the line. Cub Foods should discontinue the order. Both the 8pk & 12pk are affected.

We stopped buying Lakeland buns because in every package half the buns are unusable... why pay for 12 when you can only use 6?

Best place to work! Great pay! Great benefits! Only downside is that it can be hot inside in summertime due to the ovens, and most job positions require weekend duty.
