Palki Indian Restaurant first opened the North Vancouver location in 2000 and has been serving loyal customers for the past 13 years.

Story

Welcome to the North Vancouver Palki Restaurant Facebook Page. ‘Palki’ a tradition as old as the sub-continent we call India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. It is a carriage, painstakingly made of wood, and decorated with fine stones, intricate carving and adorned with fresh flowers and garlands. It is a vehicle we take on the most momentous journeys of our lives, the one we call ‘Marriage’. The Palki also took Nobles and Kinsmen on important tours across the country.

Fine Indian cuisine is a similar process. Carefully chosen spices and herbs come together in numerous delicacies both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. One only needs to look at the Menu to appreciate the versatility of traditions that stir up one’s taste buds and leave a lingering taste in one’s mouth.

The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I like dining here. The employees are always nice, pricing is fair and the place is always kept clean.

A must visit, if you are a fan of authentic Indian cuisine. Mouth watering varieties of Chicken, Beef, fish and mutton dishes to go along with soft and crispy naan. Lip-smacking spicy biriyani’s to treat your taste buds! Above all, the service is really great!

I really love their food. I always get fantastic service there. The place is well organised and the cashiers are always very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Used to come here all the time - Ordered again recently for the first time ina while and I'm not sure Ive ever had some bland Indian food before. Ordered two completely different dishes and they tasted exactly alike, just an over abundance of spice infused tomato sauce and meat thrown together.

Really Good ; We try butter chicken and spinach lamb. Both testy. Nice service.

I visited palki with my family. We were impressed to see the inside, they have done an amazing job. Most importantly the food is delicious. Tables are spread apart for social distancing. Service is great. We were able to sit, enjoy and have a great time as a family.  Will definitely be back again.

Great place with good flavor. The Naan was great as well as the chicken butter and beef Korma.
