They have really cool flavours that you can't find at other places and lots of other desserts and cheesecake too! Prices are competitive with other bubble tea shops.Food: 5/5
I love Palgong tea, but this location is pretty unprofessional. I called to place an order for pick up, they said that they don’t do phone orders so I’d have to order through mobile. I was not able to order through mobile so I made my way to the store. Arrived about 10 minutes later and the store was closed “ due to extreme weather”. However, when I got back to my car, the girl opened the door for another customer who appears to work in the same plaza and took their order. This customer clearly did not order anything in advance as she spent a good 3 to 4 minutes looking at her options, and I saw her paying at the counter.. and watched the girl pack her order and give it to her several minutes later, so I’m not sure why I was not able to go in and order what I wanted to. Love the one at yonge and finch, nicest lady ever, will never visit this location again.
The place is really nice, looks clean and lots of space, great place to meet up friends.. the stuff is friendly... THEY PUT LESS Tapioca compare to other bubble tea shop... Milk tea was so so, it’s a fair price. The nutella banana muffins it’s $5.99 each.. It’s pricey..
Found this place on maps, has great service, very clean and polised interior. Great tasting bubble tea. Will be returning and would recommend!
Love how the place is in a relatively remote and quiet area it's in the back of the plaza off Steeles that isn't very noticeable unless you're familiar with the place. A lot of bubble tea places use artificially flavoured syrups or powders for their fruit flavoured teas, but they put the actual fruit in the teas here, making it taste great, and you can actually taste the tea instead of it tasting like juice. My favourite is the grapefruit green tea with 50% sugar and less ice. If you have a bit of sweet tooth, get regular sugar personally, it's a bit too sweet for me. Their milk teas are also good recommend earl grey milk tea. They also have special seasonal drinks quite often, so if you like trying something new, give their seasonal drinks a try. Right now, I believe they have a maple milk tea. It sounds good, but I'm afraid it might be a bit too sweet. I'll definitely try out their next special fruit tea. Apart from the drinks, it has nice cozy seating, and usually doesn't get too crowded since it is in a remote area. The prices are also decent $4 for regular sized fruit green tea / $5 for large. Seems fair compared to the $6-8 dollar drinks at other bubble tea franchises. Definitely a local fave!
The male barista at this location was very accommodating and helpful. The tiramisu milk tea is one of my favorites. Will definitely be coming back here oftenFood: 5/5
BEST BOBA IN TOWN! chat time is terrible never had a good time. I LOVE this place. perfect amount of boba balls. and such nice employees! cheesecake drink is the BEST. The strawberry foam amount is on point. recommend for all ages
I used to like the bubble tea here. However today’s tea is very bad and makes the drink terrible. Will not come back again.
My always go to bubble tea store but the quality is slowly loosing probbably because they didnt train their staff properly. Their milk tea is not refreshing anymore. I'm even a fan of their stamp card so evrytime i use it because i really like this their bubble tea. but the last time i bought bubble tea i wont come back to this place anymore. service is okay but im not happy with my order. they dont do it right. 25% was way too sweet.
