Normally I don’t provide reviews but this time my experience was so bad that I have to write this review. If there was an option to give zero that would be my preferred choice.nnSo far, I have been a loyal customer of Pak Foods Milton but recently decided to stop going to this place as I had a bad experience.nnAlong with other usual stuff, I purchased a packet of Pani Puri on Christmas Day. While opening the packet at home, I realised that the packet was already open and a really bad smell was coming from the box. I was really disappointed as I have guests at home and prepared special Chutneys and chick peas for it. I have to discard the box and throw away all the chutneys and chick peas prepared for pani puri. Few days later, I went back to the store and tell them about the incident, but without any regrets, they took it very casually and asked me to bring back the box so that they can inform the supplier. I am not there to help them streamline their supplier issues . They are making money on the stuff which they are getting from supplier so they are equally responsible.nnThey did not believe me without the “evidence“.nnLater, I found out that due to the long weekend, the garbage was not picked up routinely and the box was still in the waste bin.nnToday, I took the box to the store and showed then both the receipt and the box. After smelling and confirming that it was actually bad they simply offered me the refund which I didn’t accepted.nnI already have enough bad experience that they were treating it as a very normal occurrence. That’s why I decided that I will avoid this place from now on.nnWhile posting this review, I looked into the other bad reviews and noticed that they have similarly issues earlier too like selling bread that has gone bad and have mold in it and the on-going customer service issues.nnIn the end, I would say that they lost a loyal customer as they are providing food that has gone bad to the community and playing withe peoples health.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff of Iqbal foods and now pak foods with their judgemental remarks.nnYou are there to do your job as a staff and provide good customer service, you are not there to work to give judgemental remarks to customers for simply shopping and spending $250 above. The cashier aunty needs to calm down and keep her opinions to herself. She doesn’t have the right to tell me that I am spending a lot and that I shouldn’t be spending this much. She is wearing a purple scarf and dress and the time is 6:00pm, first counter beside the mangoes. I am not entitled to explain myself to her and I don’t have to justify to her my spendings to her. I was excited to buy Pakistani stuff to promote as gifts this Eid and she ruined it all for me.nnThe owner should reach out to me as I am extremely offended by the staff remarks and it’s highly unethical!nnI spoke with the manger and provided my feedback of this encounter.nnHello: to your response, I don’t believe it was a pleasant experience! I had witnesses with me, who also felt uncomfortable by the employee judgemental remarks. This was not about receiving a 5 star experience. It was about ethics. I did not appreciate the tone and judgemental remarks by your employee at this location towards our purchase and expenditures. I also don’t see a point of contacting further when you seem to dismiss this review and my attempt of speaking with the manager to provide the complaint. I hope people read this review and avoid purchasing at this location.
One of the best place for desi grocery in Milton. They have amazing halal meat options. The fresh fruits and vegetables are available at a very reasonable price. And finally the fresh sweets from bismillah sweets, Mississauga are also available which makes it easy to enjoy fresh sweets at a affordable price
