Michael has a great holistic approach to treatment. He's not just a Chiropractor, he also helps with all my soft tissue physio issues. His depth of knowledge with ways to help treat all my issue keeps me on the soccer field and being able to feel better on a daily basis biking to work or walking the dog.

This clinic has a high turnover over of staff. The management team is rude. Due to the constant change of staffing it is hard to book appointments. I do not recommend going there. I can name the Therapists that I was seeing and left the clinic which were 5. This created inconsistency in my treatment. Even receptionists keep changing. Also, recently they kept canceling my RMT treatments before my treatment plan expires. I get a call from the operations manager which lacked customer service skills and refused to help so I was forced to stop attending the clinic.

Chris was great. Thorough, knowledgeable and patient. I'm already feeling a lot of relief from our first initial assessment and treatment. Lower back and hip pain Looking forward to the next sessions to see how we get on.

The appointment I arranged today was carried out in a very professional manner to diagnose what could be done to strengthen a weakening knee joint...I left the office with a concrete plan and re-booked a follow up appointment to assess the results. I'm very happy with the results to date and would not hesitate to recommend painPRO to other friends and acquaintances !

At the risk of making it harder to get an appointment ... I will publicly say that Pain Pro Massage is excellent. I have always been very particular about RMT's, and they have never let me down. From the students to the fully licensed RMT's, I have always been pleased with the service. Thank you!

It's always hard to find a good RMT but when Rosemarie left this clinic a few years ago she referred Chelsea. She's so good! So good that my husband sees her as well! I have also referred her to a couple of friends and nothing but amazing things about her!

I had a wonderful experience at painPRO City Square. My RMT Darek really took the time to work on areas where I was feeling discomfort. Would definitely recommend Darek for a massage treatment.

Pain Pro is great, the booking process is really easy and Shannon is an amazing RMT. She really takes the time to listen to you and what you need. She’s been doing RMT work on my hips and glutes throughout my pregnancy and clinical Pilates and it has been making a world of difference!
