They were incredibly busy with Christmas as few other places are open. My order was missed by Door dash and Pagoda made up for it in every way. I was treated very well. The food was super delicious when I got home. Great big portions! I recommend calling to order maybe. I can't wait to eat in doors when it's allowed again!
Went here during covid and the service was slow as they seemed to be more focused on their delivery orders rather than helping out the hot pot that we ordered. The hot pot order menu was paper and was confusing to order and read. Broth tasted like water even though we ordered a shrimp tom yum....do not get the hot pot here...
Their food is great, and for a decent price you get a fairly big portion.
I was there to get all-you-can-eat hotpot. If you like spicy then the Szechuan broth is really good. The food was fresh in my opinion especially the squids, beef tenderloins, fish fillets and vegetables. The restaurant was clean and the owner was very nice and friendly. She always made sure that we were enjoying the food!
I recently ordered Pagoda from DoorDash and it was so delicious! We had the vegeteable & seafood crispy noodle, chicken fried rice, veggie egg rolls, sesame chicken and steamed shrimp dumplings. Everything tasted incredible and the DoorDash delivery was very quick! Would recommend and can't wait to order again.
Yesterday, we had delivery from Pagoda. We had the sesame chicken, which gave everyone who ate it severe food poisoning within a hour that lasted more than a day. Will never be ordering from this filthy place again.
Disgusting. I ordered Mongolian Beef and it was so over spiced it tasted disgusting. Not spicy as in hot, spicy as in what tasted like stale spices. And well well over seasoned. It was all sitting in a pool of grease at the bottom. The worst food I have ate in a while.
The hot pot!!!! Never had it before, was so much fun and bottomless sake with it made it even more fun! Steve was awesome and super helpful the whole experience! Can't wait to go back, perfect meal for cold weather!!!! Yum!
The food here was amazing!!! I will definitely be back. Was fairly priced for portion size too.
