I love Melissa's prenatal Yoga classes! She is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions before and after classes. She is constantly making sure the moms-to-be are comfortable and safe. Before the class, she sets up the mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters. I've taken many yoga classes before pregnancy and have never felt so spoiled. After every class I feel happy and relaxed.
I highly recommend Melissa’s classes. I have been going here throughout my pregnancy and now doing the post natal classes currently taught by Nadine who is amazing!. It’s a calming and relaxing atmosphere. You definitely feel better after a class. Plus she has toys and playmate for mommies that bring their babies. Thanks Melissa!
The prenatal classes helped me maintain flexibility and easy movement throughout my pregnancy. I was much more relaxed after each class. Melissa is a great instructor, and always gives different options for easy to difficult choices. Currently in the postnatal classes. It’s a great gentle way to bring my body back into movement, and counteract carrying a small child all day. Melissa has toys and mats set up around the room to help keep the littles entertained.
This is a great yoga studio where you can spend time with your baby. Melissa is a very experienced yoga instructor and she is very good with babies as well. The Baby and Me yoga class is a great relaxing activity for a busy mom.
I never tried yoga in my life. I decided to give this place a try to help me with my pregnancy journey . I have been to a few classes and I love it. I am planning on coming throughtout my entire pregnancy. Melissa is great . The classes are small and let me tell you the place is fantastic. Small , clean , cozy and during the class the lights are not to bright you have relaxing music and the best air infuser scents. I am so happy I found this place, really feeling the stretch I really need. All the ladies are at diffrent stages in their pregnancies so I think joining at any stage would be good.
I've gone to quite a few of Melissa's fertility and prenatal classes. She's one of the best yoga instructors I've had in Toronto. Her classes are really calming and energizing at the same time. She knows her stuff.
I recently tried the fertility yoga class with Melissa. It was wonderful! It's a small class and challenging for me as a beginner but I was able to follow the movements and poses. Definitely will be back!
