The staff are amazing, the beds are the comfiest in the Pass.  Very accommodating and empathetic to people’s needs. They had my grandparents stay when their floor was being re done, they have a bereavement rate, they try to be flexible to accommodate last minute changes. A+ in every way.

Always a pleasure to stay here the people are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and pleasant and mountain views are wonderful.

Hands down the best motel we've ever stayed in. Incredible price (and discounted rate for dec! Amazing!), upgraded to double queen by the super sweet and kind lady up front. Room was spotless, newly renovated and just all over great. So happy we decided to stop here along our drive!

We got snowed in at the Crowsnest lakes with an oversized load. We had been in the semi for four days and was going to be a few more days before we got to where we where going and unloaded. They let us, me and my wife use a room to shower and clean up. Really nice and friendly people. Nice clean room too
