The place is very nice, its very easy to have takeout and dine in. You can even order. Very few mistakes when ordering, and when they do, they don’t complain when you want to replace your food. The service is great, the only down wich is very commun in restaurants I’d the waiting time mostly on Saturday .
BLUF: good food, decent price, great customer service. The kids loved the bread bar, which was as covid friendly as you could expect. Duck Penne was great. The wife vouches for the carbonara. Kids loved their food, especially the dessert. Busier than we expected, glad we made reservations. Def recommend. 2 adults, 2 kids and an adult bevvy for under $90.
Easy access to the restaurant, lots of parking across the street from the mall. Decor and ambience very clean and modern. I recommend the cheese stuff ravioli rosé…. deeeeelicious.

This is my third time in a Pacini restaurant. This one here is located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu on BLVD Pierre Caisse. We ordered pizza and spaghetti bolognese ... Generous portions...well seasoned with fresh ingredients. Staff were super friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5
We went to this restaurant for the first time and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the restaurant itself is really nice. We love that it’s family friendly, they have a great kids menu which includes a drink, soup, main meal and dessert plus the all you can eat bread bar. I’m really happy we tried this place out and excited to revisit!

Very good italian Pizza!
Wait staff very friendly. They will casually and without fuss serve you in English. There's a wicked idea called the bread bar: you spread your chunky slice of bread with your choice of butter, garlic butter, pesto or tomato butter and then grill it yourself. Amazingly yummy! We had flat bread pizza topped with smoked duck and honey drizzle, half sized with an order of parmigiana fries. So many carbs, so much yummy! Wine selections are interesting, don't call it "house wine" but they do have their own special recommendations. Great send off meal, we'll be back at graduation
I loved a lot my great experience here because this restaurant is very chic, clean and cozy, the quality of the foods and drinks on your menu is excellent, the prices is very good and the personnel and your manager is very nice, friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this for Italian foods lovers.
