The food was ok. But there were several things that went wrong. It took us 2.5 hrs to eat when we ordered right away. They forget our wine twice and finally brought it toward the end of the meal. They brought our bread after we had been waiting for 45 mins. The service was horrible and they are severely disorganized and slow. For people with kids beware. You will be waiting a LONG time to eat so bring crayons or entertainment for your kids.
This restaurant offers quality service and excellent food. The staff are a welcoming, polite, attentive and patient. The food and drink products are always fresh, tasty and served with care. The bread grill/bar is still open, but it’s the servers who bring bread and butter to your table on demand for you to prepare your toasts then go grill them yourself. During the times of Covid, all staff wear masks.
The food tasted great, portions are pretty good but the service was extremely slow, items forgotten, extra items charged. The restaurant was at around 30% capacity at the time so I don't understand what the reason for the slow service or errors was. Perhaps challenges coming back from Covid with new staff?

We’ve come here often enough, breakfast is a good time to go since the menu is pretty good along with the toast bar, but the lunch and dinner menu isn’t that great. Both recent times we’ve gone the orders have been wrong vegetarian requirements came with meat and service was slow after the lunch rush.
Good food for a decent price. Staff is okay.
Disappointing. I had good memories from my childhood visits at Pacini, but, as an adult, the most exciting part of the meal — the bread bar — doesn't make up for the bland food. The dining room was also fairly noisy and many of the diners had a complete disregard for the "Please use tongs" signs at said bread bar. It wasn't cheap either...
