John and Gary really care about their students and their students' continued improvement, regardless of what your goals are, be it competition or fitness. They're always pushing for you to be better. Their love for the sport is obvious and they work hard to ensure every member has a positive experience on the mats.
The best place you could ask for, for both beginners and advanced levels of Jiu-Jitsu! The perfect combination of a friendly atmosphere and focused high intensity training make this place difficult to beat!
I've trained with the team for the past three years, and they run a great academy. Fun classes, awesome training partners and a really nice team atmosphere. Regardless of your level of experience, you'll be able to find good training here.
