The employees I have delt with through this bank seem extremely incompetent and cant seem to be able to understand what the customer is trying to portray. Not sure if that is just the language barrier aspect or if you actually need to train your employees better on understanding how to interact with people so they don't chase away your customers. Would not recommend this bank, save yourself some trouble and lots of time by not using this bank. There are many more to choose from in the hood!!
