Six months ago Pacific North West Title of Kitsap handled my escrow when I bought a home. Today, while refinancing my home, I was informed by my home owners insurance company that I had been canceled for nonpayment and had in fact never had homeowners insurance. After trying to get help from my Insurance company and my mortgage company with no luck, I called Pacific Northwest and they transferred me to speak with Dee. Dee went above and beyond in helping me. She researched and not only found Canceled checks by the insurance company, but also phone numbers and other information I needed. Her quick and efficient work enabled me to meet the timeline for my new interest-rate. Dee even called to check back and make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Dee and Pacific Northwest Title for your wonderful customer service!!! I highly recommend Pacific Northwest!!!
They have been fantastic with the purchase and sale of our home! I'm glad the realtor works with them so and makes the process so smooth. My realtor handled most of the interactions until they needed us to come in and sign.
I called this office several times, hoping to get some help with the purchase of my first home. I was able to reach a real person, but each time I was transferred to someone else who never answered my call. Left messages on several occasions and never received a return call. After a handful of attempts, it was apparent that they were not going to help me. I found them to be quite rude in that regard, and I definitely would NOT recommend anyone to deal with them. If I could have given it no stars, I would have! Unprofessional!!
