I’ve visited DREAM clothing store at Pacific Mall multiple times they also have another store right when you enter the front entrance of the mall on the right-hand side, and unfortunately every visit has been uncomfortable.nnThere are usually two ladies working there one with dark tattooed eyebrows and another with long black hair. From my personal experience, the customer service has consistently felt unwelcoming. I often receive judgmental looks, and there have been moments where they spoke in their own language while looking at me, which made me feel uneasy.nnEverytime I browse, I’m followed very closely around the store close enough that when I turn around, the staff member is right there. One time I even turned around and asked if she will follow me the whole time. It feels uncomfortable rather than helpful.nnIn my opinion, the items are heavily marked up, and I’ve seen very similar products in other stores at much lower prices. One time she told me a jacket with fake fur was 7000$ I would personally recommend comparing prices elsewhere in the mall before making a purchase here. DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and time.
Want to feel transported to everything Asian? This is the place! The main floor is mainly clothing, cell phones, unique foods and snacks…nThe second floor has dozens and dozens of food booths and awesome desserts stores, as well as smoothies places with Real Fruit and Prostea dominating. Awesome desserts like ice cream sandwich, thousand year old beards, etc… great place to get your Lunar new year decorations!
Large in door asian shopping mall filled with small boutique shops and a food court. There's really nothing special here but I feel very nostalgic when I come here, feels like I'm back in Hong Kong. It's a bit out of the way if you are visiting and staying in downtown Toronto but they do have buses and the GO train that can take you here but the journey is a bit far.
Came here to get my keys cut and she was very friendly with my questions. The mall has great food and somewhat decent prices at their stores. My rating goes to the overall mall but would give the key place a 5/5 for service and prices.
It used to be Chinese people go to place for shopping, eating, family fun. But now it is 30% smaller because the City Square was dismantled, what a pity. But it is still a good fun place to go occasionally.
