Nice slips. Good launch. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Good cleaning tables
Nice, well organized, marina. Highly reccomend Nugget Charters that operate from the marina. Kai took us out for a great day on the water, was really good with my son, and brought us home with a boatload of fish.
Outstanding for its remote location. New. Not shown clearly on our charts. Arrived April Fool's Day. VHF66A call answered quickly. Tied 50ft s/y alongside empty floating dock behind breakwater. A bit narrow but deep. Getting out tomorrow without bow thruster might be difficult. No shore power on outer docks. Saw fuel dock but didnt refuel. Local fishing guide unloaded crabs, dressed halibut for client. Said he lost a spring salmon. Watched bald eagles hunt/catch/lose/chase unlucky duck along breakwater. Bridgeman's Restaurant has unique vibe overlooking marina. Pesto Pollo & Caesar salad with beer.
Great place. When they come back in, there is more than 50 boats to hire to take you out fishing. We met John, his is the first boat on the pier. Bring a 6pk and enjoy some great stories of the sea. Wonderful time. Can't wait to go back.
Very clean marina that was recently built. When I came here in July it was a little difficult to find because it was dark out and probably due to the new road that we nearly missed. There is also a little bistro here called Bridgeman's which is worth a visit if you are around. They have carts and containers for you to transport your fish in if you are visiting for a charter and the staff from Trailhead Resort come by the docks when the boats come in to offer fish processing for a cost. I highly recommend this service as well and I do enjoy the fact that the you can get everything sorted out at the marina instead of meandering around town.
