Would give zero stars if I could. No one at the office ever answered the phone. They go through property managers like toilet paper and they don't even tell you. Exterior of the building had not even been cleaned the entire time we were there. Zero soundproofing. Hearing upstairs neighbor urinating and flushing toilet while having dinner with family or friends over is a real nice touch. Poor construction and cheap finishes. All sorts of sketchy tenants coming and going. Left because rent kept going up and getting no value for my money? Nothing included in the rent. You pay all you own utilities and nothing was done to improve the building. Greedy SOB's. Renters beware

Been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks in regards to a one bedroom rental? Been to the office and told the women isnt there, is anyone?

not sound proof at all can here every movement, mold grows, poo always outside everywhere, horrible effort with maintenance as most outside walkway lights don’t work.

Never got back to me. They said within 24 hours. Sadly really would have liked the help as it is peak season for rentals.
