I love this place! There is so many brands of water sports brands and also have nice outfits I can wear on my daily life! Most of the brands are on sale, so I got cool stuffs on really good price!!

Phoebe was phenomenal in assisting us in answering questions and solving some issues with our gear. She spent time and tried different ideas to help us, definitely coming back to shop again.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, extremely HELPFUL staff. Any time I’ve ever had an issue with products I’ve purchased, they’re so great with helping with warranty issues etc... what else can you hope for? It’s hands down my go-to shop. Thank you pacific boarder team you guys rock.

Everything was great until we checked out, one of the cashier acting like he didn’t really want to work there. His attitude made the whole good experience at the store gone! Definitely won’t go back and not recommend. If not happy to work then just stay at home then! So ridiculous!

I purchased a snowboard just a couple of days ago. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful he explained everything so well. Also, Hector was so helpful and friendly while setting up my binding. I am very satisfied with their customer service.
