Mexican-American food at its best. Whether you are hungry for a chimi, seafood platter or our famous chile relleno- you will always win! If you are not hungry for Mexican, we also offer American-fare such as seafood, burgers and fries.
We take reservations up to 30 days in advance. Call ahead seating is also available so call 1/2 hour before you are coming to Pablo's and we will get your name on the list!

Slap on your stretchy pants because Lord have mercy! The food here is plentiful and delicious. We came for my daughter’s birthday and the staff was super friendly. Plus she even got a birthday candle on her complimentary fried ice cream for dessert. Tip: have the margarita flite. You’re welcome! Pablos for the win! We’ll be back.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Shakopee! Food is always well prepared and hot. Very attentive service staff!
If you have never been to Pablo’s.. you are missing out. This is a staple of Shakopee. They’ve been around for decades. Always great food, drinks, and service. Love the atmosphere. Restaurant is generally busy so expect a little bit of a wait when it comes to dining in.
The food was amazing here!! Prices are a little higher here, but the food was wonderful. Presentation of the food was also beautiful. Took a little longer then expected at 4pm on a weekday, but again, worth the wait! Be aware they are also closed Sunday and Monday.
This place is a hidden gem. Very delicious! The service was great. My wait wasn't long either. I would recommend you try this place one day. I'm definitely coming back gain.
