The owner was nice, English is not great. But its all about the food in the end right? Ordered Pepperoni pizza. They made it fresh. When it was done we looked at it. All the toppings are under the cheese so you don't see the quality of the meat. Sadly they use a sandwich pepperoni not a pizza one. So its to salty and mushy texture. Which I am sure partly because its cooked into the tomato sauce The dough was thin and did not have much flavor. It didn't rise or puff in anyway. They don't cook it long enough to brown the Mozzarella cheese so its just goo on the top with no flavor. But of course pizza needs its mozz to hold everything together... flavor comes from mixing Aged Italian Hard cheese Provolone amazing additions to any pizza either grated or shaved they add the finishing touch that will make your pizza shine. Quality ingredients makes for the best taste. This is not the place if that is what your looking for.
