Pâtisserie Rhubarbe

We tried 3 different items: a butter croissant, a pistachio & grapefruit pastry, and a salted caramel mille feuille. All of the were stunning, but the pistachio & grapefruit pastry was the best pastry I had the entire trip! The space itself is a good size, with roughly 5-6 tables and a few counter seats. Decor is also very modern!

Best croissants in Montreal!!!. The natural one is extremely high quality, a lot of fresh and crispy layers, not greasy, with a little sugar taste. The ham and cheese croissant is espectacular too!

Only my first time going here but my girlfriend came to my work to give me a piece of their special creme brulee cake, I was hooked!! Very trendy very nicely decorated looks like a great place to enjoy amazing snacks. The taste are not typical but are definitely something that someone worked very hard on to make and taste awesome!!
