I'd give a zero if I could. I filed my taxes in March, by late April I had no return. I called multiple times to find out why and was unable to get someone on the phone for a week. Finally I speak with a woman who says that the return was rejected because I used my married name and not my maiden name which is on my social security card. She had the nerve to blame me, as if I was supposed to know that. That's what I paid the TAX PROFESSIONAL FOR. To catch mistakes that I would have made! Then when I asked why we had been alerted about this before, she said because they didn't have time to call us so they didn't bother to do anything about it. What?! So I asked well what exactly am I supposed to do!? How can I fix this, she says to fax her my social security card (and she did NOT know the fax number). I fax the number over and a week later, still no return, still unable to get them on the phone to verify whether they got my return or not, voicemail box is always full, so I can't leave a message. This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience I have EVER had in my LIFE with a tax accountant. DO NOT COME HERE. Not only will you wait hours on end to file your taxes, if anything goes wrong, they just take your money and never pick up the phone. May8th and I still have no return, and I haven't been able to get anyone in the office to help me with this issue.
