It was a last minute stop before going to a wedding lol. Friendly and professional. Here is a pic of my nails... Now 3 weeks later. Still looks beautiful even though my nails are starting to grow out. Will definitely be back to get redone.

I’m not one to review but service left me frustrated. Had a bad experience where the tech sliced my nail in half. Was hopeful when I got a text from the manager but wasn’t able to contact for months. I finally got into contact and she refused that it was her tech that caused bruising and my nails were “lifted” that made the tech cut my nail in half. I’m super disappointed because I used to use P’s a lot and this experience ruined it for me. Edit: Nails were not destroyed prior to appointment. Though gaslit by manager and treated poorly and extremely unprofessionally by a place I used to love. If I could give negative I would.

I had an appointment today at 1:00 pm to get bio gel removal and a manicure. Unfortunately, I experienced an extremely poor and rushed manicure, that resulted in my cuticle being cut and starting to bleed. I did not receive an apology from staff, and instead she just proceeded to try to top the bleeding with acetone and moisturizer without consulting me first. I also had inconsistent removal treatment with acetone used on one and hand and not the other. I didn’t want to make a seen in the store so I didn’t say anything, but it is unfortunate that this had been my experience.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I always book my appointment and come on time. Today as usual I was on time and the salon we packed. I was asked three times about my appointment and I got my spot for pedicure. The lady who as I understand is some kind of manager, call herself as Amelie, show me my seat. Almost in the middle of my pedicure Amelie approaches my manicurist telling her that she needs spot for pedicure. More people come. So I feel horrible and bad because it was done with disrespect for me! Listen, I come to that kind of places to relax and feel better after all. At that time I have absolutely different experience. I must admit that services what was provided by Chi was decent and good. But seems to me that place is suffering with a bad management. So my point is: if you want to get for your money good experience with respect it will be better to try another place. I’m really sorry for girls who work there - they try to do a good job. But management really sucks!

Extremely long wait times and rude service. My friend went at 3:45pm and was told to wait for 15min. By 5pm they did only removal and then said to come next day for nails as they close at 6pm. Could they have said to come next day when she came in? Yes! Did they want to lose 1 customer? No but turned to be yes. Start valuing your customers time and have more realistic options estimates.

Bad quality. This was my first time at this salon and my technician was not careful, rushed through my appointment, and did a VERY poor job on my nails. I have had gel nails many times, and this was by far the cheapest quality I have had. After leaving my nails were so thin and within one week, two of my nails cracked. This should not have happened. They also advertise 40-45 dollars but to get almond nail shape and some other shapes its an extra $5 and if you have longer nails its another extra $5. It is really frustrating because I spent good money just for them to ruin my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

When I came in my nails were a mess! I left with beautiful shellaced nails. Lee ,took so much time perfecting my shellac. My nails look strong,healthy & pretty! And a relaxing hand massage I highly recommend Lee! Service:&nbsp;Nail polish changes

Just had a shellac mani pedi, amazing experience  This is my 3rd time at this shop and after leaving my visit with Lee there is no where else I will ever go! Her attention to detail incredible. The shop is bright very clean and the way they display their color options was a nice touch. Do yourself a favor and boon yourself an app!Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I had a terrible experience. They were busy and had some unqualified take the shellac off my nails. They filed them so thin it hurt, and you could see blood vessels bursting underneath. 5.5 weeks later, my nails are still destroyed. They are breaking, peeling, and my nails beds haven’t been restored. My nails are noticeably uneven and still tender in the thin parts, with the nail so thin that you can see bruising. It was truly awful, painful and unacceptable.
