This is the place where you can walk in and be treated like none other. Brian is super helpful and has given me options and scenarios in how I can fix my cabinet doors with soft closing latches. No pressure at all and no signs of bring impatient in explaining step by step on how I can make the latches work. As it turned out, the latches work perfect in my 20-yr old cabinets. Highly recommended.
