Alex is the Real Deal. Period. Had me seeing results, but more importantly had me believing in me within the first two months. And is the only trainer that I've had that actually explains what is happening to my body by being physically active and when I eat what I eat. Weight loss is no longer a mystery, It's hard to reprogram my brain and my body, but it's the only thing that has shown such positive results and if i understand correctly, this is the only way to insure i say this way. It's much easier when you know why. Awesome personal trainer. Awesome guy too.

Alex is awesome, he is really helping me to become a healthier me. We are not only training every day but he's helping me to understand why I need to do what we're doing and also how to eat differently. I've never felt better... Thank-you Own Your Life Fitness... I'm definetly on the Path to a Healthier Lifestyle.. :-)
