They set up ppl and false arrest ppl plant evidence and tamper with ivedence. The sherrif what commander are on attempted murder charges. And. Kidnapping charges. And. This. PD. Is very currupt. And needs. To be fixed. At once

In my experience i feel like this department isn't fair or just they took my husband to jail for not having insurance on our vehicle. Crazy part about it i dont think the police have much to do around here because they watch your house like you are a criminal just because you dont have insurance. I had to be there for our children as they took their father my 4 yr old thought she was going to jail to and my 7 yr old son wouldnt stop crying. That's hard to go through we try hard to get everything in life in order and since we were just around the corner from our home he could of let us go. My husband is in school to be a nurse he is ex military and he works hard everynight to provide for this family. I dont believe that putting my husband in jail was the only option. A man whith no criminal background hasnt been pulled over in two yrs. But hey when your black you get treated differently its the truth the sad truth.

I was told to put money in an account so my son could call me, was assured he would get the message, they took the money for his jail stay WHICH I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR WITH MY TAXES and never told him there was money available. They also told me to leave voicemails,assured me he would get them HE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO THEM. So the question here is the Owatonna jail that corrupt? Or uncaring? By the way he was falsely arrested, does that make the cop who did it feel like a big man now?
