They're nice people and all BUT the deals are far and few between AND you really have to be careful what you purchase. I bought a lawn game there, the box looked like it was never opened. Got home and it was missing pieces. There was nothing on the box to indicate it was incomplete and it was only $2 less than the price at Costco. In store credit only. No refunds. Final sale. No reduced price or money back. It's made of wood and I'll fix it myself. Just the other day I got three t-shirts sold at buy two get one free. I thought three t-shirts for $20 was a really good deal. That was until I went to Costco the next day where two of those t-shirts are sold as a two pack for $12.99. Again, factoring in the free t-shirt, it was within about a dollar savings compared to off the shelf at Costco. I've been buying from stores selling Costco overstock for years but I go far less these days because it's basically retail price now. I'd rather just go to Costco where they guarantee their product and take returns. My advice should you choose to shop here anyways, check the price on the Costco website and check what you buy before buying it.
Used to find some deals here but prices are creeping up and up. Some items are slightly below cost at regular retail and you only get 7 days to return something which may be ok if you are local but we are at a cottage and don’t go up every weekend. Staff are usually pretty friendly and you can find the odd deal here but if you purchase anything expensive you are better off buying from a regular retail store especially if it’s Costco because as we all know Costco will fix an issue long after purchase if required.
I absolutely love love love this store every time we go in there is always new stuff to amaze me the people who work there are absolutely wonderful very helpful and nice I don’t shop at any other liquidation place ever because they always have everything you need and stuff you don’t need but want because of the deals everyone should shop here
Great...bring a thick wallet, they are not expensive, but there is so much to look at. They also have a yard sale area, when you arrive you go through a tent sort of thing, there are a lot of fantastic sales in the beginning, everywhere. Enjoy
I've found amazing deals in here. Good variety of products, they have from snacks, tools, clothing, toys, gizmos, batteries, furniture and even lawnmowers and much more. The staff is not only friendly but nice, you'll be cheered up with the smiles you get at the check out. I'm coming back very soon.

Fair and excellent return policy for a liquidation warehouse; most of the other sales are final as soon as you walk out the doors. I discovered Overstock Liquidation about three years ago and have been making regular weekend trips from Mississauga to Overstock Liquidation every since. I believe in great deals, which I find at Overstock Liquidation. I am often asked, "where did you get that from?" My shopping experience has always been second to none, hence my return shopping experiences. Overstock is an excellent one-stop-shop, with adequate room to shop inside and outside. I like that their warranted items are tested and indicated with their return/exchange policy. I have purchased just about everything for every room, every area of my home and for everyone from Overstock. I shop with greater confidence here than in many stores. Every trip is well worth the drive, especially when they have sale events practically every weekend, for example, last week's tent sale where everything in the tent is $5.00.
I can deal with sometimes rude staff, and a cattle-like experience walking through the store. What I can't deal with is most prices being identical if not slightly more expensive than Costco. My best advice is to walk around with the Costco website open and compare prices - you'll realize most of the "deals" aren't really deals at all and it's not worth the drive there. The warranty you'd get at Costco is worth more than the less-than-5%-off prices on returned items you'll find here. Plus you can't get a $1.50 hotdog here.
I recently purchased a Lego box here that was sealed up and looked brand new. My son just went to a birthday party and when the kid opened it up, it was half put together and there were pieces missing! I am BEYOND mortified. There was NO sticker on this toy saying "lightly used" or any indication that it was a used item. This is the last straw for me as someone who has experienced problems like this in the past. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I've been to the store a few times, but during my most recent visit, I was shocked when I heard a manager, Lisa, shouting at her staff in front of customers! I can't imagine how they are treated away from the shop front. The only positive notes from my experiences with this store were the times I've spoken with Sasha, Kathryn and Kayla who have been most helpful! Unfortunately, my most recent experience has sullied my view of this store and I won't be returning!
Live an hour away but try to get here at least once a month. Always deals to be had. Only open 4 days a week. Get there on Thursdays for best deals.
