Also the outside units fill with snow in winter, and people in Provincetown are always out there checking friends units with shovels while they unit renters are away for winter. Check local Facebook community spaces for the horror stories. Also they make it impossible to pay online like a normal person.

Taking away a start because they' got even worse since I left this review: They don't accept credit cards, eft, or venmo and the man who answers the phone sounds like the rudest thing out of new jersey. They want money orders cash so there probably not paying all there taxes. Find another storage place if you want things normal. One star for location, one because of 24 hours access.
