I've came to this location twice and the first experience my steak was cooked a bit over.By the time they gave me a new one everyone I invited had finished eating. Horrible! I ordered online for curbside pickup! After waiting outside for 20 minutes I went in and still waited an additional 40 minutes before getting my order! The order was missing my shrimp and loaded bake potato! Also my steak and chicken were burned! Not happy with my service at all for Sunday dinner!
Things are more Organized then Before. All the Staff are Friendly and Accommodating. Pick-Up/Delivery: Ready on Time and Neatly Packaged. Great Job! Five stars will probably be my suggestion in the near future!
Waited 2 hours for a table for two, ordered two Melbourne steak dinners one medium well and one medium. The medium steak came back rare... so rare I could have gave it a pet name!!! After a 2 hour wait you would expect your food order to be close to what you ordered.. waiter by the way was really great.
I do not understand the hype about this place. First visit the pasta dish I ordered was overly salty, second trip was decent but not 5 star worthy and then the third trip our appetizer had bits of plastic in it. That was the final straw. A manager never camp out to the table to apologize. Definitely not returning.
Steaks were seasoned perfectly. The manager had the curbside service running very smoothly and the young man who helped me out was very good. He was hospitable, knowledgeable, and was on the ball. A lot of customers pulling in and out while I was there and he had it dialed in, great job and thank you.
