Such a great restaurant for dinner! Very clean, and the employees are always so kind! The atmosphere is always happy and everyone is so outgoing and want to make sure you have the best time! We have been coming here for years! This time we sat in the bar and had absolutely the BEST service. Our server/bartender was absolutely the sweetest and very attentive! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the blooming onion, and the Cobb salad with crispy chicken!! My husband enjoyed his steak with a side of grilled onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. And Of course their bread was delicious as per usual!!! We ordered a couple drinks and they tasted amazing as well!!! Definitely will be back soon!
We went here for our Anniversary. The owner seated usa very nice man and was attentive to the customers. Nice waiter. We had Prime rib, which was excellent !! I had the Outback version and hubby had the classic. He loved his also. I was able to order according to my diet so was happy about that and will probably come back. I used to give Outback 5 stars. I have recently had to change it to 1 star. Don't get me wrong the food is good but I ordered a "party 30oz" sirloin cut pack. Weighed it and it was less than 1lb. I ordered an add-on of asparagus for $6.99, I got a total of 4 and burnt. I added 2 potato sides at around $11 and could fit both of the potato's on one hand. To top it off added 4 Heinz 57 at a total of $2 and got all 4 as seen below. A total rip off and the customer service was by far terrible. They did not see me or acknowledge for over 10min. I payed roughly $80 for this meal to feed 3 people and it could barely feed 2. I will not be going here again.
It was what you'd expect from an Outback. Food was okay. Service was so so. A gratuity of 18 percent was added to our bill without mention when ticket was dropped. We didn't notice until after tipping on the full amount. Oh well. Tricky way to get a double or triple tip out of customers.Food: 4/5
I have to say, out visit didn't go perfect BUT the level of customer service when it didn't got them 5 stars. The food was delicious, our server was busy but still took great care of us and the manager came to us to make sure we knew he cared. Best experience at an outback that I have had at an Outback location. My boyfriends steak was cooked perfectly and had desirable grill marks and sear on the outside. His side of Mac was also great. I had the steak and shrimp pasta and it was great and full of flavor. The staff was attentive and checked on us frequently and refilled a coke every time it got empty.
Well I think it was really the worst experience we have ever had at Outback. Will never come back.. so think twice before you choose this place. There are other good steakhouse restaurants you would pay $130 for 3 around Everett. The service was so slow despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. The plates came wet.. We have waited at least 20 minutes for our first drink; simple two beer. Second drink came almost after we are done with the main course. When I asked when our drink will come, she said in a rude way; it will come when it is ready. And she looked back meanly. I don’t want to publish her name here.. She might be having a bad day, totally get it, but if she is doing this job, she should be trained on how to apprach to customers. Bloomin onion was overcooked. The grilled shrimp was served cold, on a wet burned bread. We ordered two Ribeye, one was cooked well and was delicious but the other one was uncooked and burnt outside. Very bad experience.. .
Overall had a good experience here. Bloomin' onion was fantastic as always. I feel for the price, my ribeye could have been much better, but my buddy really enjoyed his filet mignon. The baked potatoes were perfect, and our server did a great job keeping on top of everything.Food: 4/5
Had a delicious lunch here while waiting for my oil change nearby. The wedge salad and fresh bread were perfect! The price was decent and service was AMAZING!!! Itzel B in the bar was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu with all my questions.
We were a party of four, celebrating my wife's birthday. We had steak, ribs, chicken and pasta. All of us were very happy with our dinners. The service was wonderful! Our server Natalia was new, but exceeded with a fantastic, sweet, can do attitude. She was great! I mentioned that my wife missed the Sinful Sidney Sundae. Natalia spoke with the manager, and he said he would make it happen if we could wait for them to toast some coconut? "Yes!" Delicious! No charge! Manager says the Sundae is coming back along with an expanded menu very soon. We'll be back!
