My first meal in a restaurant since returning from Japan. I admit it was nice being able to read the menu in English but the food was not satisfying. They need a little bit more attention to detail in their food and everything was super spicy. I wanna say everything I mean even the kid's food was spicy and the Caesar salad. I like spicy but I Family did not expect to get spicy food with basic food.
We love the Snohomish Outback! Great service my Steak was cooked exactly how I like it, and my sweet potato melted in my mouth . They had our house salads out quickly after we ordered and the servers were efficiant and friendly!
I cannot say enough great things about Jasmine and her team! I am a member of the PTA at a nearby elementary school and we reached out for donations for an event we had for our teachers. The quick response, the generosity and the wonderful customer service cannot be matched! They even helped walk it to the car. I can’t wait to go back an experience the kind customer service again! Thank you, Jasmine and team, for making our teachers happy with dinner during their busy conference week! We are so grateful for you!
Husbands bone-in Rib eye steak was absolutely horrible. Came out cold, A LOT of fat & sinew. TOUGH Grilled chicken breast was AWFUL. If you like about 1 cup of pepper on it then you would like it. Green beans half cooked & super salty. Baked potato on both meals had been rolled in sea salt. That was nasty. Husband had salad with PEPPER RANCH DRESSING. YUCK. But hey the bread was good. NEVER GOING BACK. ABSOLUTELY RUINED MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY DINNER. Should of just thrown the $48.00 in the garbage.
Staff was excellent. Hostess greeted me immediately on arrival and I was seated quickly. My server paid extra special attention to our table, even assisting with special dietary needs. The ribeye steak here is an excellent value. If you have the pleasure of being served by Brittany, you are very lucky as she is great. The other staff are also excellent and clearly enjoy their jobs.
We just had lunch. But unfortunately there was only one server and bless her heart, she did a good job, but there's only so much one person can do when you've got a lot of customers. The food was good and it would not keep us from going back.Food: 5/5
Thanks to Mack the manager on shift. Saw that my steak was over cooked and quickly took care of it himself. And Amber our waitress was very good. We had a good meal because of these two.Food: 4/5
Meal was okay. Very skimpy amount of bacon bacon dust on wedge salad. Chicken had lots of grissel. Best bread/butter I've had there ever though. Good service.
The staff is friendly, the service is great and fast, the atmosphere is awesome! I love this restaurant and the staff who work there. My family has been coming here for years and will keep coming! I have never had a bad experience from this location! Parking: Plenty of parking around the building!
Amazing staff. Manager was very attentive and was walking around the whole time giving the best customer service. Super clean tables. I would highly recommend for any date night or celebration.
