I decided to go back to Outback even after my issues with the other out of state location. I love them overall. I always order Alice Springs Chicken, the flavor combo is delicious and, I love the homemade honey mustard. We ordered a burger, bloomin onion, chicken fingers, steak, and a Wallaby Darned. The food was delicious and quick. The service was excellent. Overall we were very happy with this Outback.
Signed up ahead of time online on their "wait list". Seated promptly. Our waitress, Sarah, was terrific!! We ordered appetizers and our meals. Everything came at a perfect pace! Food and drinks were delicious, our booth was cozy, and the atmosphere was great! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
The Outback Steakhouse has been around for 35 years, and has grown into a nationwide chain. Although some chain restaurants may rest on their laurels over time, this doesn't appear to be the case with Outback. We arrived around 7 p.m. on a Friday evening, and were warmly greeted and escorted to our booth in the corner of the dining area. Our server, Christine, was a lovely woman and very conversational without going overboard. The Chicken on the Barbie was excellent, the breast tender and flavorful with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and a salad. Although the salad was adequate, with a tasty mustard vinaigrette, the remainder of the meal shined. The bone-in ribeye served medium was grilled to perfection and very delicious, served with a loaded baked potato and a French onion soup which cost extra. The steak seasoning made the dish all the more scrumptious. Outback Steakhouse -- particularly the restaurant at the Arena Hub in Wilkes-Barre Township should not be looked over just because it's a chain. There's a reason why the business has been around for 3½ decades. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful, and deserves a visit.
Food was good but …First time in this restaurant 11/29/2021 and I have mix feelings about it. When we got there we ask the greeter that we wanted a booth worst idea ever! She sat us by the bar, the booth behind us was so loud because for some reason Andre one of the servers were so loud and they were more server’s in that conversation they thought they were on the park having a very explicit conversation in front of everyone including my son that is under 12 years old they were very rude and we were trying to enjoy the food but we couldn’t . I was starting at them to see if they would realize that they were loud but they just keep laughing and having their loud conversation I noticed that my server was annoyed by the situation but no one did nothing. they stoped when the couple and baby decided to leave .. The food was perfect ! Are server Victoria was so nice and very polite food didn’t take long at all ! This location is easy to find and has plenty of parking if this situation didn’t happened I would give this restaurant a 5 star this type of situation shouldn’t happened in the first place! Whoever is managing this restaurant should been paying attention to this types of incidents...
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary here tonight. My first time here. Food was absolutely delicious! Every single bite!!! Excellent service! Bartender made me a flight of margaritas, so good!!! General manager is a very pleasant guy, you can tell he loves his job and he cares about his restaurant and it’s reputation. I work in restaurant industry myself and I am impressed by this place!!! We are definitely coming back!!!
The company I work for got our holiday lunch from Outback Steakhouse-Wilkes Barre this year and it was AMAZING! All the food was hot when delivered and everything was perfectly cooked! The dessert platters are to die for! Highly recommend for all your catering needs!
This was a fantastic experience! We sat in the bar area, Eric the bartender was the best. I had a bloody mary & my friend had a blood orange rita. We shared the steak dip which was delicious! From the specials area, I jad the steak & shrimp alfredo, they had the sugar steak entree. Both were well presented, hot, and tasty! Pictures attached. I hadn't been in an Outback Steakhouse in years and this was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
The service was exceptional! The manager was a sweetheart! But the server was the best Kelly thanks for your exceptional service! You turned mines and my friends day frown into a huge smile and laughter . Thanks for the service you provided !!! The food was amazing fresh and steak made just how I ordered it ! Deft going back
Dinner was amazing!!! Ed the Manager came by and made sure our dinner was cooked to perfection. He also educated us on how the ribs were made!!! Fall off the bone good!!! Our waitresses was Erica she was amazing always in point. Come to find out she is a new hire!!! KEEP HER OUTBACK SHE IS AWESOME!!! See u guys soon definitely coming back soon. Sam & Jess
Lauren Medvec was is superb we loved her she had everything under control an was so sweet. Food was great,& fast she came back an chatted we will be back thank you for making our night so good!
