Went with our baseball team and our server Amanda was amazing! She handled the 25 of us with grace and ease. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks were delicious! Well done!

Amanda was amazing let me start there… she was kind, prompt and attentive. She made us laugh the entire time with relatable stories and great food recommendations. She even left my little one a sweet birthday note on our receipt. Staff and management were great which is far and few nowadays in the chan in restaurant industry so i’m for such a great experience…. in a long while…. and great food we cleared our plates which is unusual for us picky eaters
Amanda did a fantastic job with our large party at the Sandusky location. Our party included special orders and lots of children. We were very pleased with our meals and experience.
Went in last minute to have dinner with my husband, waited a while to be seated but our server Amanda was amazing! The food came out fast and was delicious. Our porter house was not cooked to temp but was taken care of very quickly. Was amazing overall.Food: 5/5
We ate at Outback on a Saturday night and had one of the best experiences we have had in a VERY long time. Our food was good, but Our server Jocelyn was so great and made our experience exceptional. She was very sweet, attentive, and gave us some info about the area we were in from out of town. If we were from the area, this would be our go to and we would always ask for her. Service has been sub par in general lately and it was definitely refreshing to have a great server.
mike was our waiter, he was very friendly and helpful with us. definitely a big 5 star rating for him! he got everything we needed and was super respectful with his approach and with our visit! definitely one of the best waiters here!! will be coming here again and definitely asking for him! Vegetarian options: good options, great food!
Food was great and we had a awesome time having dinner as part of our family’s summer vacation. Above all service was no short of perfect. Savannah was kind, knowledgeable, and super friendly. She helped make our evening an awesome experience, and a moment with loved ones to remember. Outback rocks!
The food was good but we sensed something negative going on with the staff. The hostess was very "cold" Several servers, including our own walked by our table and saw that we had finished appetizers and salads and never took our dirty dishes back. Although the baked potato was very good, it was pretty small.Food: 5/5
