So let me tell you, Ruben the manager and James took care of us. What a great experience these guys made for us here. Good convo even when they could because they were busy. That means a lot because they really did make the effort to do it.
Dined here yesterday! Food was great and steaks were cooked perfectly. Our server Cage sorry if I misspelled it! was very patient and attentive with 4 kids at the table. This made my son's birthday lunch a great experience!
Took 45 minutes to get a straw, an hour to get our food and they burnt my steak that was supposed to be cooked medium. Manager took the steak portion of my meal off our bill but in my opinion she should've taken my whole meal off. I highly doubt I'll ever go to another Outback steakhouse.
Food was super slow and pretty terrible in general. We came to celebrate a 90th birthday and just barely finished any meals. We stopped eating here about 4 years ago after a bad experience. This is still not a place to spend my money

Wait 50mins for food. When I receive my steak it was well done with a ton of season salt on it. Ask for Med. Rare.. tast like salt. They did take it back and took off bill..
We had a pretty good experience. One of the steaks was ordered medium rare, but it came out rare rare. My date notified the waitress and it was promptly corrected. Everything tasted great! Thank you!
