Great prices and customer service, great communication as well, to say nothing about the special order items relevant to southern Ontario railroading you won't get anywhere else! Keep complaining about Canada Post's ongoing labour dispute drama, I complain about it too. It is bs, they should be shut down and left to private firms as they are already too unreliable for us up in northern Ontario. We have started relying on Purolator to the point were they are hiring a second driver, it is so bad passports never did go back to Canada Post in the dispute last year... and that is the government of Canada. Haven't seen this good of a hobby store since Doug's Trains. Thanks for all you folks do!
