Just got back from our trip and saw that the name plate has disappeared from my large checked luggage It left the luggage with 2 holes in the side of it. I contact Samsonite and their customer service gave me the email for Rick@Ottawa Leather Goods!! I wish to commend him for his excellent customer service…He was very quick with return emails and didn’t have the exact logo plate but searched and ordered what we needed…We sent back and forth several pictures to make sure it would work. I am very please that I will not have 2 holes in the side of my luggage and his service was like a “breath of fresh air” Rick went over and beyond in his service and we are very much appreciative !!!
I love coming here to check out the selection of Lug brand purses, totes and wallets. They have a big selection of various other hand bags, luggages and wallets as well. The staff is always polite, patient and helpful.
I took a very nice and dear to my heart Fossil bag in to have a repair done. They took twice as long as they said it would take, but they did a good job and I would trust them with any of my other bags.
I took my bag for repairs and it was done real quick and not to expensive. I definitely recommend it for you luggage repair
