I totally love the clinic. All staff are great. Alison did amazing job. Very clean, very professional . She provide good advices on what works best. I highly recommend the clinic.

Ottawa Laser Clinic is the only laser removable place I would recommend. The staff is super friendly and compassionate. Alison always does a great job at making you feel welcome and satisfied with your results.

Alison, (the owner and laser technician) is caring, attentive, meticulous and makes anyone feel welcome but mostly comfortable at any time and that in itself is very comforting. I trust her completely with any care whether it be laser hair removal or facials or any treatment she performs or advice she offers. Her team makes you feel the very same. She is focused on HELPING and you can tell she is not doing this to get your money. She's such a generous and genuine person, rare qualities these days. Customer service at its best! Allison and the team at Ottawa Laser Hair clinic are simply amazing! I was very sceptical going into the process as I had tried laser hair removal at another clinic and it didn't work. Allison put my mind at ease and walked me through the process which was incredibly insightful. I recently finished my second treatment and there's such a difference in my skin. Thanks so much for the great experience thus far. I highly recommend Allison and the clinic!
