I enjoy the Ottawa airport. I find them all very efficient and getting through security is usually a breeze. This is also true even before COVID.
It is what it is while COVID's going on. Just go with the flow. Get food before going thru security.
A bright, airy and convenient airport. Check-in and security were a breeze, with friendly oh, Canada! security folks. There are a limited set of food choices, but you'll find something you'll be happy with. Be sure to check out the fountain across gate 17. It is something. Plenty of comfortable seating all around.
Most important neat and clean airport.. fantastic staff, really helpful at these covid times.. everything on time without any delay.. excellent customer service and quite a huge airport.the connection are great from this airport and the service is fantastic.
Very helpful and organized staff. The lady at Air Canada was very professional and cordial. Really appreciate the way she took care of my senior citizen mom.
Ottawa Airport in general is okay.... during covid, it is quite dead. Very very very limited service. Think of apocalypse...lol. The staff was friendlier today than 6 months ago, so I would say that's an improvement.
We are going through tough times. And the Ottawa Airport is doing what they can to help keep everyone safe. Much appreciated and be safe.
