Ottawa Electric

We had a small job that was somewhat time-sensitive. Matt replied the same day to an online request for a quote, and was happy to phone me to answer a few questions. He was very thorough in his explanation of what the job would entail and the associated costs; and was able to schedule us fairly soon, well within the timeframe we were hoping for. He and Alain arrived promptly on the scheduled date; they did quality work, quickly; and the price was very competitive. Bonus: both Matt and Alain were friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Ottawa Electrical.

I had a relatively minor problem in my kitchen. They were able to resolve the problem quickly at the quoted price, which was reasonable considering the timing.

Electricity problem and have no idea what it is? Called Ottawa Electric and I hit the jackpot: rapid response, professional and courteous service. In no time at all, Mathieu zeroed in on the problem and solved it. He even shared some great advice and ideas with us...what a friendly guy! Guess 'who I'm gonna call' for all my electric needs from now on...yes, Ottawa Electric = 5/5 for sure!

I used Matt's services several times and recommend him highly. He responds quickly to enquiries, and is always on time. Matt is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. I have full trust in him and his company and have no hesitation recommending him to friends, family and clients.
