LIVE UNITED
Right now, the Otsego County United Way is strategically, aggressively, economically, intentionally, and respectfully promoting health, attracting economic growth, providing affordable transportation, supporting young families, creating housing opportunities, offering positive experiences for all children, and advocating for our community with one voice.
Over $40,000 in direct non-profit assistance to the Northwest Michigan Health Department, Northern Homes CDC, Otsego County Juvenile Court, Otsego County Library, Otsego Memorial Hospital, Community Mediation, Otsego County Child Welfare Alliance, Women’s Resource Center, Otsego Food Pantry, and Salvation Army in support of their community programs in and for Otsego County.
Over 30,000 volunteer hours directed in high community impact areas such as non-emergency medical transportation including the “Cancer Van”, food pantry, tutoring, literacy, education, mentoring, and mediation.
Over $350,000 in direct aid for community members to insure that underprivileged community members can become functioning community members.
Our community is something to be proud of and your support for our United Way is a particular point of pride. Through your support we can build our community!
