***** hidden fee per person for breakfast*****

Unfortunate experience at this hotel. While the hotel is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay we were not advised that they have a hidden fee per person for breakfast. I made the reservation online as I always do with other chains as most have no difference between single and double occupancy. I was not explained the change in fee at our arrival by Nicolas and only noticed it when we received the invoice. On top of this the staff was condescending in  the email exchange I had with them when I emailed them to asked about the difference in the invoice (poor customer service experience). I was told it was not because breakfast (delicious) was included only to be told by Frederick(rude), the director at the front desk that it was (confusing). Only thing is that my better half couldn't eat the breakfast because of her allergies and intolerance we always bring her breakfast. We will not be staying in this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving time. It is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The only thing that I didn't like was how small the bathroom was. Don't get me wrong the bathrooms are still gorgeous. When you stand in the shower it feels like you're under a waterfall. The water Cascades around you as it falls from the ceiling it is an experience like nothing else. Linens are very soft and comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were amazing. Most of them were bilingual which really helps. One of the managers a blonde lady was so incredibly helpful to me and my family. As we were there for my grandfather's funeral. She even gave us extra Spa soaps. Might I add that all of the complimentary soaps are from a spa. A spa which is located inside the hotel. For a wonderful experience or relax and get away I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff. Great restaurant the breakfast is so good. The rooms are amazing. I literally could not have asked for a better experience in a hotel
