Been visiting this location for the past 2 or so years which I really haven't had anything negative to say. But as of the past 6 months, and more particularly the past 3 weeks, their wrap portions have become pathetic. The wraps are approximately the size of my hand. I used to eat the food hear and be more than full from the portions. They have increased their price to $7.99 before tax and reduced the portions of food by 25% at least. Im quite disappointed with the experience I've had hear the past few weeks as they are consistently worse and worse now. If the portions being reduced wasn't the problem, the food is almost 100% of the time, either room temperature or cold. Really don't know what's happening, I've noticed that I recognize none of the staff in the establishment now, except the same man who has been here since this place opened. who I assume is the manager/owner of the franchise When there are many options for Shawarma in Bolton and there increases in pricing required to float the business. I cant see why this would be the time to change the great staff, the portions of the food, and the overall quality of the food being served. Really sad to see this place change so much from all the great food they have been serving the community for several years.
Third strike and you're out. See attached image of recent lunch. The good news is the bread is fresh. The bad news is food prep hasn't improved. Employees often handle cash and work register with food prep gloves on, or conversely prepare food with no gloves after handling cash. I won't be back. What a shame because I really like the taste.
First time writing a google review. Have been going to this location a lot more often in the past couple months since my work load usually picks up around the fall season. Compared to other food locations around Bolton, in my experience, the consistency is what keeps me coming back. Personally have not had an unpleasant experience here. Chicken on the rocks/sticks, hot to extra hot has never failed me. Never had dry or cold here, if I did, I wouldn't be writing this. Will keep coming back.
Very good service, have been there a couple of times but, this is my first time writing a review. New employees but still great service. Clean washrooms and tables. Everything organized. Prices are fair, and the food is amazing, the chicken is juicy and fully cooked. I recommend going there and surely will come back.
If you are looking for a pefect shawarma place, then nothing is better than Osmow's Bolton. They just serve the best food. I always like to have half rice half salad and this place just never disappoint me. Love to be here all the time.
Asked for no veggies and a little spicy. It came extremely spicy with barely any meat and lot of veggies. Complete disappointment. The one in Barrie is 10 times better, waste of money
We used to get lunch from this location often in past two years. The quality of food and service has gone down significantly in recent months. The food is often cold and the quality is not consistent. The employees are also rude and don’t pay attention. I hope the owners get the message and revisit their operation.

When they get it right, the food is amazing. They often do get it right. While they are consistent with the food, they are also consistently disorganized. They need a more efficient system for customers to pick up their food, perhaps calling a number found on the bill. The current method of auctioning off the item by name to whichever disorganized, absent minded customer steps up to claim what he thinks is his order, just isn’t working.
Disgusting customer service by tall ,bulky girl working during lunch time. I was there on this Monday afternoon and the girls started talking in native language and then when i asked for some extra sauce she charged me for that and didnt put in my shawarma and started making faces. I would never recommend this place to anybody else Food was terrible
