Very very bad experience. Lumpy rice . Old brown lattice. Not fresh . Leftovers sent to me . Waste of money. If I can I will give -5 . I don't recommend at all .
These guys first maintain the quality and quantity, they have diluted sauces and give you less chicken. Even try to skip cheese or other items. Please avoid this place, going to oakville and Toronto DT they maintain awesome quality and get awesome customer experience.
Perhaps the worst shawarma, we ever got from this location. It was not busy at all when I went in there. Ordered the regular shawarma plate and a chicken shawarma wrap. The chicken was so dry and raw, could not eat this food with the raw chicken smell. Plate was mostly filled with really old and smelly rice. Don't know what to say more, but if we eat that, there's a high chance of getting sick. Waste of our food, and definitely the last time getting food from here.
The quality has definitely dropped here at this branch… it’s a hit and miss. Recommend the heartland town centre one.
Worst Osmows ever. I have been coming to this place since 2012. the last few years service and food have been horrible. The lady who works at the front is rude and disrespectful. I called for the 10th time for an order being wrong, after she promised it would not happen again. She messed it up again, and when i ask how we avoid this problem she starts singing. Very unprofessional! Don't order anything extra when ordering online, they will charge you and not give you what you pay for. Have to give 1 star, but in reality it deserves 0.
Used to be good. Beef was chewy and large chunks of gristle. and rice was dry last couple of times. don't think I will be going back.
YUCK ! YUCK ! its disgusting ! This is right by my house. I go far away to get shawerma. This is the original Osmows they like about their meat, things they put in. absolutely dirty and disgusting. Dont believe anything about their quality , how old the meat, veggies are.

Ive been eating here for nearly 2 decades. Ive had sam make these for me during school. I tried the locations in hamilton and they were terrible quality and tiny portions for higher prices than the flagship store. I just had streetsvilles again last night, and the employees do not care and are very rude. The quality of the food was not good and the portions were not sam standard. I grew up with sam and he made me love osmows. Im really upset this is my review. Im really sorry.
Got a large half and half, the rice tasted horrible, rotten or old or something. Came back to the restaurant to see if I could get fresh food, she said I could give you rice on the side because you already ate all the meat on top which was mixed in with the food but okay.
