They are amazing! You get the fullest, biggest, tastiest meals for amazing prices! Students get lunch specials which is around 50% off with a free drink. They always fill your containers to the top. They’re the sweetest employees and will accommodate your food to your preferences. I 100% recommend I truly love Osmows!
Can't put a zero star otherwise I would. I haven't had food from here since 2020.. loved ozmows up till now. I have no idea what bugs were in my food, I'm assuming it was fruit flies or something but regardless I ate half of my food before I realized there were bugs in it. I'm pregnant and just ate contaminated food. Plus on top of that i shared it with my one year old daughter before noticing. I ordered the lamb on salad. Just about threw up when I noticed. Never ordering food from this ozmows location again. Absolutely disgusting.
Chicken on the rocks is one of my favourite dishes but this store just isn’t like other Osmow’s locations. I went in the other day. Three employees “working” but only one spoke English so the woman had to wait for him to finish preparing food in order for her to take my order with him translating. There’s really no point of paying her if she can’t take orders and isn’t capable of preparing the food. He had to prepare and take orders while she simply looked at him for help at every turn. I don’t say this with any prejudice but hire English speaking customer facing staff. The third employee was sitting at a table on her phone. Also barely spoke English and I noticed she went back to the cooking area to help, without washing her hands after being on her cellphone…
We went to Osmow's for take-out. There was no line which was a nice surprise. We ordered chicken shawarma on rice and chicken shawarma on salad. All the orders were made as we requested and the amount of sauce and spice was spot on. All four of our orders tasted delicious. The portions are plentiful. I ordered a large and I had two extra meals from that. I added some leftover broccoli that we had in the fridge and it was a good meal. Price is very reasonable. We will come again for sure. Quality and price is same as some other shawarma restaurants in Brantford but the flavour is a bit different. Really enjoyed the hot flavour.
When I visited here, the food was decent, the overall experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the owners. On my first visit, two individuals, who I later learned were the owners of the restaurant, were loudly talking over the employees, creating a chaotic environment. The staff was doing their best to work with dedication, but the constant noise completely ruined the ambiance. It was impossible to relax and enjoy my meal.nnHoping it was a one-time issue, I decided to give the place another try the next day. Unfortunately, the same two owners were not only loud again, but this time they were changing light bulbs with bare hands, right in the middle of the restaurant, without any protective gear. They didn’t even pause to consider the customers, making the whole experience feel unprofessional and disruptive.nnIt’s a shame because the hardworking staff deserves better, but the owners' lack of consideration for both their employees and customers makes it hard to recommend this place.
