Where to start. From unresponsive staff chatting in the corner, to finding plastic in my chicken shawarma poutine, this place is disgusting. I have no idea how much plastic I may have eaten before finding the big piece. Absolutely horrid. Oh and my falafel was entirely undercooked and raw. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about any of this. If you continue down this path, you will get people sick and rightfully get shut down. I’m absolutely disgusted and literally feel like throwing up what I’ve ate of this disgusting food already.
I recently started eating at Osmow’s, and the food is amazing! Who cares more when they get a good amount of quantity at a good price?nnI just dropped by and tried here. The place was super neat and staffs were professional. There was this girl who was always smiling while taking my orders and serving me. Her name was Joti, or something similar. She was so good with customers. Normally, I am not the person to stop by and write review like this. But today was amazing. Osmow’s and that girl made my night.LOL
DAMN! THEY ARE SO CHEAP when it comes to LAMB.nDon't ever order anything with LAMB from this location. I just spend $20 on this large wrap but there's hardly any LAMB in it and not just this wrap, I ordered LAMB shawarma on the rice few times and same problem with it too.
Under New management- interior has been given a face lift and looks really nice. Clean, organized.nThey have it so you order and then pay which seems to move things along much faster when ordering. You can also see them make your meal and you go along the counter, which I like. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient always just doing something. The food is tasty and is a good portion.
Haven’t been to an Osmow’s for a very long time. Decided to give it a try as they do have vegan options Beyond Meat ground and vegan garlic sauce.nnHad a falafel with fries and the other with salad. The only modification or option we selected was medium spice as we wanted to see how the vegan garlic sauce plays out. We have always made the falafels vegan by adding just tahini.nnThe plates were overly loaded with garlic sauce as all the other plates were also loaded with regular garlic sauce. The vegan garlic sauce tasted - vegan. Not even close to the regular garlic sauce we have had. No garlic flavour, just odd tasting fat.nnThe falafel, fries were freshly fried, which were good. The fresh salad was ok.nnThe service was good and the interior was clean and empty when we went. They really need to work on the vegan garlic sauce - perhaps put more some real garlic in it.
