I recently visited Osmow's Shawarma and had an amazing experience, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by their staff, especially DC. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, but what really stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the team. DC went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, offering helpful recommendations with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made the meal even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back, not just for the delicious shawarma, but for the exceptional service as well! Highly recommend!
Night shift needs to learn to read and follow customer's order notes hence why that section exists. Ignoring/Refusing to not accommodate requests is simply bad customer service. This is not the first occurrence. In the past I had a safety problem due to the chicken being under cooked. Which is why I ask for it to be chopped into smaller pieces and well done. Instead including the chunkiest pieces that look unappealing is just disappointing. I don't understand why they feel it's unnecessary to provide the service a customer requests. This sadly reflects poorly on the employers and they will loose repeat and loyal customers. I don't mind waiting an extra 5-10 minutes so I can be satisfied with what I'm paying for. Stop diminishing the quality of the product. You're working with food not assembling something.
Disappointed with the Reduced Portion Sizes – Not Worth the Price AnymorennI’ve been a regular customer at Osmow’s for a while, but recently I’ve noticed a significant reduction in portion sizes, and it’s been disappointing. The price remains the same, but the portions have shrunk drastically, making it feel like a complete ripoff.nnI recently ordered my usual dish, and when I got home and opened it, I was shocked. The portion was way too small, with about 75% of it being just rice and a very thin layer of meat on top. It’s frustrating to pay hard-earned money and get something that feels like they’re skimping on ingredients.nnI understand that prices may go up, but reducing portions to this extent without adjusting the price fairly feels like they’re taking advantage of their customers. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when people trust a place for its quality and quantity. Osmow’s used to be great, but this is not the way to retain loyal customers. I hope they reconsider their portion sizes and value for money, because it’s hard to justify paying for what feels like half a meal now.
My first visit here. The service was amazing! Jagroop patiently helped us pick out our orders - even though we had many questions. The chicken shawarma half and half was delicious. The “little” spice was perfect for me :
