Ordered OZ BOX full of chicken, salad and rice + beef wraps. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Staff Hardeep and her colleagues were friendly and service was quick. Great spot for shawarma.
I asked if your food was halal, and the staff said yes. However, when I politely asked for halal certification they were unable to provide any and instead questioned why I needed it. As a customer, asking about halal certification is a reasonable concern. I hope your staff are better trained to handle such questions respectfully and provide clear information in the future.
Good service Good food abd amazing taste. We ordered half and half chicken and beet. The portion of the food was too much and very reasonable price. They were very fast and organized.
My wife and I first heard about Osmow’s Shawarma from watching the Toronto Raptors games and we were excited to try it. It looked really good and much different from the normal fast food that we have and now we have one in Medicine Hat! We certainly weren’t disappointed! The helpful staff came out from behind the counter to explain how it worked and what everything was.nnNow we are Osmow’s Shawarma pros! Osmow is an Egyptian Canadian from Toronto and he has a really great Canadian success story. Read about his journey on the wall art in the store.nnMy favourite is the chicken shawarma mix of half Caesar salad with pita chips and half rice, with the chicken shawarma. I choose medium spice, garlic sauce and the beautifully pink, pickled turnips. It is incredibly balanced, delicious and just the right amount of spice. Get hot if it is too mild for you but it is very spicy, or mild if you like less. The mango juice goes great with it and cuts the spice nicely!nnThey make great wraps that my wife loves too, or get it on fries instead of rice or a Greek salad. A fantastic Canadian alternative to fast food! It’s always fresh, tasty and they make it to order. Clean and tidy restaurant, helpful, friendly staff and great, flavourful food! Check out Osmow’s, you’ll be glad that you tried it and you will be back!
Very good service, the lady was very helpful with suggestions and accommodating as it was our first time here. We had the daily special, chicken for $11.99 and the beef plate with no salad but extra rice and 2 falafel balls. For dessert we ordered the baklava. The chicken was by far the favourite, saying that, the beef wasn't bad, the chicken was just better. The baklava was so delicious.
