I stopped by around 2pm with my son and ordered one chicken wrap it was perfect, just a little spicy for him. I spoke with the tall brown guy working there, and he was super nice! My son loved the wrap and told me to let them know how kind the team was. The employee even offered him a free chocolate, but he was already full. Great team and great service ........ have a wonderful day!
“We’re making what you’re craving” and end up having half of my chicken on the plate and the other half in their plate. This’s the second time this happens to me. At first i said it’s ok maybe this time it was “By accident”. I took pictures and showed it to them the next time i went. They said “If you want more chicken that’s extra $$. I was speechless. Anyways. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, maybe others aren’t the same idk.
Osmow’s has really gone downhill. I ordered the Chicken on the Rocks, and it was extremely disappointing, the chicken was so dry it almost tasted like rubber and had a very stale flavor. They’ve clearly lost the authenticity in their flavors. It used to be really good, but now you can find better shawarma at any local mom-and-pop shop.
I come to this location often with my family, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. Normally, the same staff handle our order without issues, but today there were different people working. I ordered a half-and-half chicken plate and a chicken shawarma. Instead of giving me the shawarma I asked for, they dumped the shawarma toppings onto my half-and-half plate, charged me extra for it, and never gave me the actual shawarma. When I tried to address the mistake, the staff were rude, dismissive, and struggled to communicate clearly. On top of that, they refused to refund the order. This was an unacceptable experience, and we will not be returning. Very poor service and a complete lack of professionalism.
Their food actually has good amount of protein put into it. I had tried chicken shawarma wraps and bowls, quantity is amazing. Far better than other osmows around the city.
