I Ordered large half and half Rice and Fries, the quantity was absolutely perfect with amazing taste. Must recommend place for shawarma.
The fries were bitter and tasted like old oil and the chicken had so much cartilage in it and it tasted totally disgusting the falafels were just put as a whole in the wraps and the taste of the sauce changes every time I spent 85$ and it was a total waste of money I would never go again
2 stars for the chicken only. I have ordered large chicken on rocks. But however I got more rice than the chicken. It should be equally spreaded. Disappointed badly.

There was a half eaten chicken wing in my shawarma. This is outrageous. The people who work there did not care at all. Not even a simple apology. Absolutely do not order from here. Reported this to public health as well. I don't k ow how these guys are allowed to even serve water let alone cook food.nnOn top of all of this they hung up on me in the middle of the call. I have the call recorded as well. I was trying to be as civil as possible on the phone even in this situation and still they hung up on me. I have recorded the call and will be sharing it with osmows head office as well. Absolutely no acknowledgement and know remorse. Just completele dismissal of a customers concerns. I didn't even want any refund or exchange. I just wanted to tell them about their food quality. Such a shame.nnEdit After Reponse: I ordered the food from Uber eats and the bag it came in was sealed with you sticker on it. Your location is responsible for this please stop trying to pass the blame onto someone else. I doubt the delivery driver opened the sticker and mixed in a chicken wing perfectly into my food without disturbing the sauce on top and then resealed it perfectly. All in the 10 minutes it took them to pick it up from your location and drop it to me.
