Very disappointing experience at Osmos Downtown.nOrdered one chicken and one falafel with medium spice, but the food was overwhelmingly spicy with no real flavor at all. It tasted like poor-quality ingredients, and there was no garlic sauce or any balance of taste—just heat. After a few bites, I had stomach issues and had to throw the entire meal in the garbage. A complete waste of money and very poor food quality.
The chicken half and half was served hot and fresh! Quality is much better than Toronto.nnThank you Arham for excellent customer service!
Has a fast food restaurant vibe, food is pretty good and if you havent tried baklava cheesecake drop by and do so its great. Wouldnt be my first shwarma choice in the area due to portion size being small. However, portions at other spots are massive.
The food was really good but what made the experience stand out was the impeccable service, thanks to the guy named Zain present who assisted throughout.
We order large, but we receive regular size. The receipt wasn't attach to the bag of delivery. We always buy here once a week. And this is the first time, that we are not satisfied with the service.nThe food was good.
