Got the half and half rice and fries. Came in late that evening and was looking for something fast and good. Got what I expected and it met my needs. I definitely did not want fast food and this was a nice combination of quickly prepared fast food but more like a home cooked meal which is nice. Met my needs and if I had the same requirements I would definitely drop in again.
First off, most of this would be easily dismissible if they had good customer service and actually cared about the problems that they create for customers.nnNormally I would have given more stars because I used to really like the food but since I started eating here, I've had a number of issues and although I kept trying again and again insisting that the issues were just rare circumstances, I came to learn that it is quite typical for osmos to just really not care about their customers.nnI went once and the lady who took my order tipped herself pretty high on the machine instead of letting me choose the tip percentage and customer service did absolutely nothing and I tried everything I could to contact the store supervisor who also told me it didn't happen instead of fixing the problem nnI even went as far as sending an email in which I had absolutely no response to.nnOnly eat here in person if you want good food because they will screw your order over if they don't have to see you face to face through delivery.nnI tried the delivery service five different times before determining this and each time I have had issues with the order whether it be the complete wrong dish or barely any meat or me telling them I have allergies and them adding exactly what I told them to take off. Which is literally dangerousnnConstantly they mess up my order, don't put enough garlic sauce, or do exactly what I asked them not to do.nnI've had several circumstances where when I ask for half salad half rice I get some other combination like fries and salad or even sometimes I've gotten a completely different meat!nnWhat's crazy is if you call them and tell them they messed up your order they will do absolutely nothing.nnNever once have I gotten any reimbursement or any store credit or told that next time they would do better, I typically get ignored.nnI'm not much of one to complain but I was really trying with Osmos because I used to really love their food.nnSpeaking of that, they started changing a lot about the quality of their food in the last month.nnThey also started doing something different with their rice, it used to be great now it sucks. It tastes like Ben's rice and has absolutely no flavor it's really disappointing.nnIf you end up getting salad on the rocks, do not get Cesar because it's literally just shredded lettuce with Caesar sauce on top.nnIn the photo it's a different salad which is why you see more fruitsnnIf you're gluten-free and you're asking them to take off all Pita chips, don't expect them to actually take it all off because every single time there's still pita chips on itnnI don't understand why they spend so much time doing shawarma style meat just to dry it to a crisp and burn it on the stove and then barely give you anynThen they pile your meal high with rice and salad to make up for the lack of meat they put on it.nnThey also literally douse me in water while they're frying it.. so it tastes boilednnI wish they did something to help me out now I'm just an upset customer who used to be a loyal one.nnI now tell everyone I know to stop eating here.

Wow. The food is tasty. It opens late up to 3 AM.nAt that time, the parking will not likely be a big problem.nnLooking for daily specials. They are good and have great prices.nnTheir spicy level is real. So, I would suggest most people not to go above normal.
If you are craving for spicy food and grilled meat, it’s the place. The rice was kinda blant but the sauces and the meat itself was the best. Going back again.nI would suggest to take the french fries as base.
