The food is amazing, I loved the rice which is served with the shawarma, I had the lamb and it was perfect, I like the toppings you have to add your food, attention was very nice and staff was nice and helpful with request and questions, everything was clean, and I didn’t wait to much for my order. Perfect place to eat something delicious in this food court.
Love the quality of food , more than filling portion for one person and excellent customer service by a nice lady forgot to ask her name lol and Shadi. Also, I appreciate the staff being generous and giving extra baklaw for free Highly recommend Chicken Shawarma Platter with Fatoush. Some extra baklava will be the best desert with a homemade tea. Keet it up and thank you.
Stopped in for lunch today for the first time and it was fabulous! The hot sauce is HOT so be careful... The flavors and variety of fresh toppings is enough to bring me back again for sure. Thank you for the friendly service and walking us through your menu!
Osmow's is a nice addition to the Kingsway food court as it never really had a good Mediterranean presence IMO and it appears that Osmow's is a pretty successful shawarma chain from Eastern Canada. Please note, much to my disappointment, they do not offer donairs. I've eaten the shawarma here twice and although the meat portions are a touch skimpy, it makes up for it in quality. Both times it was juicy, flavourful and surprisingly consistent. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the falafel, cooked to order and fresh, it was overly dry and dipping sauce is a must. I must say though, the portion I was given for a side was quite generous. I'm not here often but this is my go to for food here and would recommend trying out the shawarmas at Osmow's.
This is a fairly new kiosk in the Kingsway Garden Mall Food Court. My wife and I were impressed with the experience. The service was good but more importantly the food was great. We both had the lamb swarma wrap and throughly enjoyed it. We also had the fatuoush salad as a side. We really enjoyed both. We definitely recommend coming here for good food and we will come back again.

Best Shawarma you can eat in Edmonton. Kitchen looks clean, service was very good, quick and fresh. Staff was very friendly. I will never hesitate to come back again.Food: 5/5
I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Had the lamb shawarma as that is a less common protein at other restaurants. While I found the meat to be good, it is not as well seasoned as other shawarma/donair restaurants. It is like they are relying too heavily on the sauces to bring flavour. Also the assembly results in the veggies being on one side of the wrap and the meat on the other side. Got several bites of just vegetables. Overall the wrap was average.
The guy I ordered from was great however the female coworker was so confused when I asked for a bag cause I was taking it home. I don't carry change so when she told me it was 15 cent I declined the charge . I already paid and was not going to charge 15 cents to my card. Then I had to take it from her cause she wouldn't stop staring at me when I said no.
